Taylor Capital, through its fund, Dormie Equity Partners, LP, acquired the building at 301 East Blvd in Charlotte, NC in 2022. The building is located in the prime Southend neighborhood, one of the coolest neighborhoods in Charlotte. The building is now leased to Schumacher, a premier interior design firm.
