We are happy to announce that Taylor Capital, LLC, through its fund Dormie Equity Partners, LP, has acquired approximately 30,000 sq ft of Class A office and retail space at Markley Station, a historic mixed-use development in the West End of downtown Greenville, SC. The space is located at 116 and 118 N Markley Street. The acquisition was completed in 2023 and marks our entry into the Greenville market.
