We are excited to announce that Taylor Capital, LLC, through its fund Dormie Equity Partners, LP, has acquired 256 Broadcast Dr. in Spartanburg, SC, in September of 2022. This industrial space, recently renovated, is now being leased to Recaro Automotive Composites and Engineering, LLC. The building contains approximately 101,360 leasable square feet of space.
This acquisition aligns with our strategy to invest in highly desirable commercial real estate assets in strong growth markets. We believe this property will add significant value to our portfolio and benefit our investors.
