Taylor Capital, LLC, through its fund, Dormie Equity Partners, LP is thrilled to announce that we have added another property to our portfolio in Davidson, NC. We acquired suite 250 at 630 Davidson Gateway, a modern office building with about 5,310 SF of space, leased to a sports marketing firm until 2027. This deal closed in June of 2022.
