Taylor Capital, LLC through its fund Dormie Equity Partners, LP is pleased to announce the acquisition of the 223 Gilead building. This is a beautiful office building with about 5,785 SF of space, leased to an orthodontist until 2029. We closed this deal in June of 2019.
