This property is located in the south Charlotte Rea Farms area. Taylor Capital, LLC through its fund Dormie Equity Partners, LP acquired 5 ½ acres of land in March of 2024 in the Rea Farms area. We broke ground on this building on July 16, 2024, and the building is estimated to be delivered in the 4th quarter of 2025.
