Taylor Capital, LLC, through its fund Dormie Equity Partners, LP, acquired 0.678 acres of land in June of 2024 in the Berewick Town Center. Dormie expects to construct a 5,000 sq. ft. medical office building on this site to help meet the rising demand for medical services in the southwest part of Charlotte.
